Franzobel and Ostrowski are on a quest to find the true, unadulterated essence of Austrian Football Culture. Arriving in the Styrian provinces at Ostrowski's youth team, SV Rottenmann, the project turns out to be increasingly problematic. The chaotic director's alcohol consumption and search for love make the documentary difficult to complete. An alpine homecoming and backstage comedy in which both fiction and reality are constantly thrown into question.
