Of all the qualities of cinema, there can be few that are as exciting as the ability, simply through the use of sight, sound, the body, and movement to convey one world (that of the screen) to the other (that of the viewer). This isn't meant metaphorically; in cinema the subject of the film lives on in the viewer.
